- 200ml water
- 200g honey
- 3g agar-agar (vegetable jelly)
- 250g cottage cheese
Mix the water and honey in a saucepan. Add the agar-agar and stir until there are no lumps.
Put the saucepan on the stove and make it boil for a minute. Pour it in a rectangular mold to create a thin layer. Let it set for about 2 hours.
Cut the jelly into cannelloni-sized rectangles. With a pastry bag, fill each cannelloni with cottage cheese.
Wrap the cannelloni carefully and place on a plate. Decorate with some pomegranate grains and some honey.
