Beef sirloin with mustard and honey sauce


  • 1kg beef sirloin
  • 200ml cooking cream
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1tsp Dijon mustard
  • a few vinegar drops
  • a pinch of salt
  • pepper and olive oil

Prepare the sauce:

Put the cream in a bowl with the mustard and the honey. Stir until it’s totally mixed and add the vinegar drops and the salt. The amounts for the sauce can be changed according to the person’s preferences.

Prepare the beef:

Cut the beef into slices. Heat a pan with some olive oil and when it’s very hot, brown both sides of the beef. Pour some sauce on the beef slices and let it heat on the pan for another minute. Serve very hot.
